I sit and shredd when I'm not working. next to MAB I think Uli Jon Roth is also the best in the World. ANd thanks to Ali I also like Shawn Lane, he is so clean and just about perferct. I'm 6-7- 290lbs and I was a born metal head. I like most new jazz/prog and I really like older music from the 70's and 80's. I find myself looking for the next great music movement a sound and a feel that could one day change the world. If John Lennon can do then we all have a chance to be that next person to change the world.
I listen to a lot of MAB but, I also like tho old Scorps when they had Uli Jon Roth, he is also in my top 10 guitar players along with Blackmore and Impellitteri. I'm 24 yr old but, I'm stuck in the 80's.
Love the cheesy 80' horror flicks, Robocop, Jacob's Ladder,
Clock Work Orange, Backup Men, and Zen Guitar just to name a few.
People of Interest:
I have spread the word to most everyone I talk to and everybody agrees, MAB is the best ever. My close network is basicly me my wife and my guitars/marshall.
Places of Interest:
I'm a bouncer at a couple bars and I will tell anybody who will talk to me about MAB. Not a lot of people know who MAB is in my town, I hope to change that. The Dunes are a cool place to go and think about stuff ( MAB on headphones of course). Theres a cool little mom a pop guitar shop call The Front Porch Music, mostly finger pickers but very cool place to hang out. And the guitar center sux balls around here.
Things of Interest:
I play guitar and my rigg includes a Marshall Mosfet Lead 100 head, a Marshall 1965B 4x10 cab, and the Washburn Mercury style guitar he made a promo for back in the 80's or 90's. I just got a Tradition MAB sig series (MA21). . Also just got a Rockman sustainor/distortion rack unit and it is very nice. I take my X-100 to the beach and zone out sometimes, it rocks. Just got a custom neck MAB tradition and it is tits, it has become my everyday player since my washburn broke.
